Most people need to realize night clubs can be collected on a regular basis. Throughout the day its not too difficult to log in to CC and burn through your stamina and energy. Even though you may not get 4 collections with 24 hours it is probably not to difficult to get 4 collections in 28 hours. Factor in 8 hour sleep and an additional 2 hours wasted during work/school or other events. Getting only 2 collections consistently per day for nc is pretty much unreal. If that is the case you really aren't playing this game as most people's energy and stamina should be refilled easy in less time.
Averaging collections at around 80% is not difficult and even at 50% collections on level 2 nc will outperform almost all other buildings in the game. Longer collection time buildings are always harder to sync than lesser counterparts. People don't ever complain about syncing laundromats.
The biggest perceived problem with building nc is the potential of getting robbed. These are easy to hide behind larger taller buildings. Lost income while saving for them is imo a bad argument as these are the best income buildings in the game and the opportunity cost of not having them in your hood is even greater than any noticeable loss while saving for them.

I've decided against the NC because I don't think it's a good idea for my stlye of play. Income/hr is only valid if you collect 100% of the time. I have trouble trying to collect all of my 8 hr buildings, NCs are on a 6 hour cycle.
Let's say you have a NC and a "real job":
You wake up at 6:00am and collect your NC, go to work and collect again at lunch (12:00), come home and collect at dinner time (6:00pm).
You're not going to stay up until midnight, because you worked all day and you're tired.
So you wake up at 6:00 am and collect 40%, and 100% at lunch and dinner. Of course you miss the midnight calling again and wake up in a panic at 3:00am and rush to collect your 40%. Now it goes off at 9:00 when you are distracted by some stupid coworker and you collect 40%. So now you have to set a timer to collect at like 3:47 and you'll probably be stuck in traffic and only get 40%.
And the cycle continues...forever

EDIT: Best part of the whole deal;
Some douche figures out your cycle and profits from your mistake. He then spams your wall with "hey, I had fun in your night club, c u later"

Yea my NC will be sold in 4 more levels and my 2 casinos will be built. I also have 2 lvl 2 condos. I would get them.
