Hunting the Hunters - Where's the 3rd Spider ?

In this (rear) quest, i've yet killed 2 Spiders, but i can show the 3rd Spider. She doesn't appear. Where she is ? It's a bug ?

Kill more things on that map. Any kill will have a chance to respawn your target.
