Before my army was large, winning 200-300 gold was profitable even if I lost a unit. Now, even people with 5000 gold could have it all stashed, and my army is big enough that I lose 1-2 units every fight. I *may* win 300 gold, but I will lose 500 gold of units.
It is to the point where it makes no sense for me to attack anymore.
Superdad, I have raided guys who had as much as 20,000 gold unvaulted, winning 2,000 with each attack but my losses were such that I was barely ahead....
p.s. I see you on my pending list..I am at max allies, will add at some point.

Since most of my units now are expensive I only attack people weaker than me, and I do make profit but its not noticeable, I only attack for the Honor from the Tournament quests

What is honor good for? There's like no weapon/armor to buy with honor... and the units you can get could easily be replaced by a similar gold unit (not gem)
Honor is only used for Units, and the Honor units casualty rates are lower than the gold with equivalent stats.Originally Posted by eternalfire

Meh with them being so expensive you could probably only afford 1 or 2 of the quality honor units. And I've already lost most of my units that listed as "low casualty". Was hoping they add in honor weapons so we don't face palm when a 2k honor point unit mysteriously dies in a battle :/
If only we can trade in KAI agree with that investmentI'll offer up my catapults for one of those bad boys
Better than MW so far. I stopped attacking people long time ago. The only benefit is to gain serval points.

I'm camped down at lvl 10, upgrading my money buildings & I make a shed load of gold from ppl attacking me
Yes I make a lot of money from PvP, I have 63k and I'd estimate 50K+ of that is from PvP and whoever wins a few fights against me is going to walk away with a large chunk of cash

At 106 allies im often losing 2-3 unit a fight now. I stick to fighting for tournament quest and keep my vault full , immediatly spend extra gold on units. Mage unit have good stats but high casualty so i avoid them. Oh and upgrade Beast Warren Lv3 or Siege Workshop Lv4 ASAP for the low casualty honor units.
Yeah this is what killed MW for me. There is no point in doing anything once you get a large army, because you always lose more units than you earn from looting cash from opponents. The way this is made you either need to keep a real small army and have very limited ppl to fight, or just stop pvp alltogether. It really sucks. I was hoping this game would solve this better than MW, but alas its just the same.
Theres nothing to do when you have large army other than building up your base.
