Hi all, I have a problem. I have this quest to perform "Raid 1 silo". Unfortunately wherever I go to invade the silo cannot be raided. The message says that it is looted already.
Is it some kind of bug? Or do I always come late and the silo has been raided by someone before me?

Silos are 24 hour buildings it isn't a glitch just harder to find people who don't collect.

Plus many people are completing the same mission. Took me over 60 plus raids until I found a silo that was available for hitting. Just keep looking, they're out there.
