i have to take my phone to the sprint store and they did a hard reset. i reloaded the game and log in to my account but i couldnt get my old data but. i original user id # 170 696 394. but there isnt anyway to type that in. am always been us to been able to pull up your count by logging in. but now i have to start at lvl 1.
anyone have any ideas on how i can get my old account back. the info so i dont have to start over.
Email support@funzio.com I got mine back when I lost it. It might take a few days or possibly one week tho.. Or it can be very quick

the other games i have didnt lose any thing. all i had to do is log in on my account. this is the only one i lost the info. i already email support 3 times.
I also forgot to xfer my game before doing a hard reset. I emailed support two days ago and haven't received a response from them yet. Hope it won't be too much longer!
