Didn't buy every building available

I know there are many threads where people say to purchase every non-gold building as it becomes available - well 2 actually.

There were a lot of buildings that I skipped for various reasons and just wondered what others thought

I didn't buy :

Chinese Restaurant
Seafood Restaurant
Fancy Restaurant
Shoe Store
Wholesale Warehouse
Internet Co.
Art House Cinema
Beach Nightclub
Underbosses House - still undecided

and I also sold my Clothing Store and Arcade - eventually may sell some of my smaller things like Deli, Pizza Parlour etc.

I actually like the last three. I see them as "spare-change" buildings at the mid-levels. If you have the space and spare change, buy 'em.

I actually didn't buy most buildings either, some I did then sold, and some I just didn't bother wasting the space. My income isnt tooo bad but would be better if I did buy those.

I've weeded my building garden so that now with the exception of the PT's I only have 12, 24, 48 hour buildings.

And Nightclub but that is because of financing issues with the bank. I have a checkered past of robbing various buildings and viciously attacking random people. The bank feels my loan would be a high risk. So I just robbed them instead.

The Underbosses House might be next on my list - although when I posted about this last week - I got a lot of opinion's against it. But I like the size of it

Same with the Church - but I bought it anyway..........lol

Art House and BC seem so big so not sure about them.

Bala - True, but it's a good idea to weigh the benefit of adding buildings versus the cost of expanding your hood to make room for it. There were several points in time where it made more sense to me to delay an expansion and sell a building that was no longer pulling its weight to make room for a better building that became unlocked. That allowed me to put the money that would have gone to the expansion back into the economy.

Well expansions can get expensive

and some buildings are just bulky or just weird looking and don't fit into the way people want their hood to look......

and some buildings are not the best investment so might as well get rid of them if you want to fit something better in

I know what you mean by bulky buildings like electronics store -it's so ugly

i did buy a lot of those either but may in the future, waiting for my 20mil expansion to finish then gonna expand right again after that. so i will have room for some stuff,

i just spent 20mil on my expansion yesterday and made back 18mil in 24hrs im a robbing fanatic
