Been playing Crime City for android some time now.
I was in a situation i had to hard reset the phone, but when i reinstallerd crime city... every progress is gone? Isn't crime city cloud saved? Omg...
I would like to continue my game but NEVER start over ... help?

Can you submit a ticket via Menu > More > Help > Contact Support? If you have your mafia code that will be a big help.
So there IS a way to reset game on android ^^

Make sure to include your in game name, mafia code, version #, build, data (or kernel i think for android) this makes things faster for them.

Since android devices are so well designed, factory resetting most likely changed the id and now CC server cannot recognize you.
Pay the game the way it's meant to be payed!
Thanks for the reply ... I have issued a ticket.. 3 times.. the first ticket was send before my hard reset .. the other 2 after.. maybe my old account (bozz) can be reckonized with that info... My current id is 98 921 559 the old Id I can't remember.... Tickets were.sent with (all 3) jvdbos.88@gmail.com. thanks 4 the help again
