Question about unit buildings

Does anything happen when a unit building gets destroyed? How does it get restored? And do u have a better chance at getting a beast when robbing the beast Warren and same with the others? Lol I just downloaded the game last night so I'm trying t figure all this out

Raiding unit buildings only nets you experience and honor. You do not get any loot from raiding buildings.
