Posting pictures from your iPhone and iPad

For anyone that wants to post pics, Dropbox is a good option - Dropbox an excellent App in it's own right, it's free, and is very useful for storing or transferring stuff from and to your iPhone/iPad.

For picture posting, you can upload screendumps to your Dropbox account, and if you then move it into the public folder you can get a 'public link' which you can then paste here inside the [img] tags.

Using image tags is easy peasy lemon squeezy... [img]dropbox_link_goes_here[/img]

lol, just realised you can't share Public Links from within the iPhone App.

My bad, humble apologies.

You can however get the public link by logging in via your Safari browser on your iPhone.

In your browser go to dropbox.com and log in.

In your browser, copy file you want to share into the Public Folder.

Go to Public folder.

To the right of the file name in the Public folder is a blue Arrow icon... click it... Click Get link... that is your public link to the file.

Then you open it in safari and it will take you to the Dropbox website.
Press DOWNLOAD and your pic will open
copy the FULL link from the address bar.
You're link will look like this https://dl.dropbox.com/s/mmzbizx9l2b...1072;.jpg?dl=1
Now you can use IMG tags on it to post it here.

But that's fiddly, Photobucket is WAY better. Use it instead!

Yeh dropbox is ideal but it is fiddly! Gona try photobucket if you guys recommend it!

whenever I find anything interesting I take a picture and I have photobucket app (free) which lets me quickly upload them and they are very easy to copy and paste on here these are my 3 favorite pictures:
