I was in your shoes a couple of weeks ago and got so anxious I decided to buy gold and build a few gold buildings fast and a few money buildings shortly after while also upgrading. I increased my income by nearly $30k hourly instantly. Not a lot for a big fish but huge for me. Now I can make over a million a day and still growing. I'm happy, I feel like I'm on the home stretch now towards the nightclub.
What's next? Money = inventory, inventory = power, power = money... Weeeeeeeeeeeee!

I think I'll just build 2 Hotels and later the Gentleman's clubs !
one thing I learned since I started camping it will go a lot faster if you start with smaller buildings and work your way up. my first loft took almost 3 weeks to save up for and it was really boring but finally got it, Instead of going for my second loft right away I slowed down and purchased two internet companies and two beachside resorts (and a couple other misc buildings i don't remember) while upgrading buildings now that i decided to go for another loft after 5 days i already have 2/3rds of the money i need for it.My income per hour is 102296 at this moment. I don't know what to do.

What im saying is yes it will take longer buying cheaper buildings at your level but by the time your done buying those plus what you have upgraded while they where building you will make that money towards a nightclub that much faster and instead of spend agonizing days/weeks/months of money dripping in you will make the money for it much faster and you will still make your economy stronger at the same time.

NC is a beast. That being said, if you can not collect it, you do not reap its nastiness.
IF you can NC, if you can't and get 2.4 collections... might want to try other options.
And while Babytway says she will rob them the same, she will actually rob the NC 4x more.

Depends on you. I personally pefer 12/24 hour buildings since I will almost alway miss 6 hours. However if you can collect every 6 hours and especially if you level it to L2 the nightclub will be a lot better.
Get the G clubs first. It only take 5 minutes to build each of them.
The hotel will tie up contruction for 4 days.
