Hellfire missile a/d 85/40, buying price is 150 gold. It says it's a loot item when trying to buy it. Any idea?

Have seen a few people with them, and i think a pumpkin gold explosive as well. They're limited time gold items i believe, its been a while since there was one offered tho.
