Boost Buildings!?

Are the Boost Buildings (Composites Factory, Electronics Factory, Airship Hanger, Genetics Lab, Infirmary, Naval Research Center, Cement Factory) something new or have I just overlooked them from the beginning.

I didnt notice them until after this last update.

I quit focusing on things cuz of the unplayable quality of the game due to the unbelievable casualty rates and have been mostly playing Crime City hoping they would eventually fix Modern Wars issues.

All the boost buildings are new but some people don't even have them on their device lol
