Are you sure this is how to do it? My Iphone has been falling apart and I have been afraid of turning it in for a warranty replacement because I don't want to lose both of my games CC & MW.
This happened once before and Funzio was nice enough to credit me some gold for the money I had spent, but that was after only having played a month. I am currently on level 153 in CC and 140 in MW and I definitely do want to start all over.

I still can't transfer to my new phone. My old phone (HTZ Amaze) still has Crime City installed. I have a funzio ID and have transferred from my old device. When I try to log in with my new device (Samsung Galaxy S3) nothing happens. That is, it proceeds to run the game from the beginning level 1 with a new funzio ID. Help or I will give up on this game.
#1 - Don't necro old threads, there was a sticky on the top of the forum that you could have replied to.
#2 - Give support some time, they get tons of support tickets every day. Let them do their job and they'll get to it when they don't have a mountain of tickets to sort through.
