    I was going to transfer the game from my ipad to my iphone and figured out that you have to designate one the old device and the other one the new device and have both running and press transfer button. Didn't do it as I hate playing anything on my iphone, gives me eyestrain.

    game transfer

    Can you keep playing the game on the old device after you did the transfer? With the same ID and progress?

    transfer turmoil

    trying to transfer game from casio commando to kyros tablet. got both devices set up with same funzio id. same user name same pass word. my kyros gives a message "transfer account failed" every time. on my older device when i tap transfer it says invalid account...the game is signed on!

    Since you necro'd a useful thread, here's how you do it. I'm assuming both of your devices are Android, since I wasn't aware either manufacturer even made mobile devices.

    1) Sign into your account on your 'old device' (Or create a new FunzioID if you don't have one).
    2) Select Transfer Game
    3) Select Old Device
    4) When prompted for your password, enter it
    5) Close the app on this device, it doesn't need to stay on
    6) On your new device, go to Funzio ID (like step 1) and sign in
    7) Select Transfer Game (like step 2)
    8) Select New Device
    9) When Prompted, enter your password.
    10) Close the game, and restart
    11) If that didn't work, contact Gree Support through your new device in the in-game app. Provide them all the details about your old account that you know...Invite code, UserName, level, mafia count, gold on hand, XP, Max Energy, Stamina, etc.
    12) Take about a 3-6 vacation from thinking about Crime City
    13) Resubmit your ticket
    14) Pray

    Right, because we have all witnessed how amazing Gree support is...
    We should be able to do this on our own like the old days. But I am guessing there was some sort of exploit, ruining the fun for the rest of us.

    Nah, the UDID made xfers easy, but Apple made all apps do away with references to it so now it's a pain.

    Question I choose the wrong device to start the transfer!

    So I am having to transfer my game from one device to another, only problem is is that my account is now registering that my new device is my old device. I can not use my other phone because the digitizer (touch screen) is broke. I already uninstalled Crime City on the intended new phone in hopes it would reset the memory but no luck. I uninstalled the app from my other phone also with the same intent but nothing! I'm Crime City sick and need to play....haven't been able to play for a week and a half now!!!! Please don't tell me I need to put in a ticket for something so stupid??? Do I?
