Those are good stats for your level. If you don't have a ton of gold weapons, you'd better get your defense up to 50,000 at minimum before you hit Level 140 or you will get ****d hard. Things change drastically at 140.

I have around 420 m4's and am planning to stop farming them and move on to something else

Do as many thug life and hardcore hitman challenges as you can. Use the respect to buy Exeleros, RPG's, or those Body armor suits. Farm NATO gas masks at the Empire Airport control tower.
ouch. if only i logged on a couple days earlier. i went from 150 bikes to 300 in two days thanks to those challenges. did i make a mistake?

Sorta, the bikes are only 13/12 and are better for <L100 players. The items I mentioned are more useful at your level.
I see, thank god I had saved up around 6k respect just used it on exceleros. What do you recommend I farm for melee

I'm not sure what decent melee weapons can be farmed, but buying steel garrotes and tasers will help you out a bit.
