What other goals I know myself I don't attack someone (unless I have limited time and want to burn stam) unless they have both the Level i need for the one goal and 500 mafia for the other so each attack is counting to both, however as I am level 125 at the moment and on the L125 goal I am guessing I will be finished with the level ones for now soon so the main focus is people with 500 mobs.
Like I said though every attack on you reduced is one less chance you get attacked just as you collected your buildings and considering you only loose the stats of your 500th best weapons in each catogary (mine equalled 20 which was higher than i expected) giving up less than 1000th of your stats for saving a lot of money since you don't need to worry about banking stright away is well worth it.
Also not to mention having 500 mob at moment makes your news page almost useless since things are off the bottom with in 2 hours
I am at 499 and intend to stay that way... 1 member makes no difference to the stats. Its also good time organize and manage my rival list... rid myself of worthless members and add friends so I won't be scrolling through thousands
I'm at 499 while things settle a bit. My reason is simple... I want to be able to revenge hit that one guy robbing my hood and I cant do that with everyone attacking me (even though most lose).
It cuts down on log spam plain and simple.

it took me to reduce my mafia odd 900 to 499 2hrs. i wasnt getting targeted at much i have some high stats and only at lvl 71. but i also see these mafia sizes around my bracet
