Why are there faces covered

Sometimes on the rival list you get a player who's face is covered by a cloud also when you click revenge you seem to never be able to go into there hood for revenge as it says 'Can't Fight! Player is too beat up already!' can anyone help why?IMG_0004.jpg

It's some sort of glitch. The character with the covered face is always an chick with white hair when you visit there hood.

I think it is because they are reall really fugly that's why they need to cover up.
