How to start again?

Forgive me if this a bit of a silly question. I'm not really a big gamer, and this is my first post.

Anyway, I stupidly sold a load of my building to raise money to complete another mission, then found out I cannot win any battles also I keep getting raided and losing.

I'm still quite early in the game (level 15) so I guess starting again is my best option. How can do this?
