noticed there is a update for crime city , what are the changes ? is it worth updating or staying on older vversion ?

This game sucks either way, so it doesn't matter. I don't even know what the last update fixed, but it came with new problems I never had before. Pretty stupid to release an update that fixes old bugs and introduces new ones.
