That's not what it is.

At level 175 the brackets open up so, theoretically, all players 175-200 should be swimming in the same tank and able to see each other. Because of the way rivals lists get calculated and displayed, you're currently in the purgatory section of the shark tank. No one can see you, and you can't see anyone else in the 175-180ish range. Once you level up a few more times and get out of purgatory you'll be able to see people closer to your level (because you caught up and came out of purgatory), but you're also start getting crushed by the heavy hitters with 100k+ stats.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with your account...it's just the way the shark tank works.

Crime City iOS Money Buildings spreadsheet is AWESOME!!! Been using it since eight months ago... I dont use the ROI tho cause that is meaningless from my point of view. Cool to know when a building pays for itself but I like maxing my upgrades by sorting cost of upgrade and then by time...The fastest upgrade with what im willing to spend gets upgraded first...sometimes just the fastest from top to bottom suffices, since once the funds accumulates, big upgrade time!!!

Just my 2 cent on a already beat horse... Happy Hood Creeping!!!
