Im constantly losing to people with 100 or more less attack than my defense... And I'm being attacked by people with 80 attack to my 250 defense... What is the deal with ? 😡

Majority of my skill points are out into energy =/ but I hVe 14 in attack and only 1 in defense and I'm level 31 so the chance of a person putting every skill point in defense or attack when I'm attacking them is very low... Even if they did do that that is only 94 defense or attack points which doesn't matter really if I have 120 or even 140 on them...
But what if they have not? I'm at L65 with 69 defensive skill pts and have rivals that are almost 1000-2000 higher on attack scores loose. I started to boost my defensive skill pts because I don't buy gold or cash and didn't really feel like being whale bait.
