I am lvl 55 with about 2500att and 3000def with 250allies, give or take. I am trying to do the winning streak 13 which is 25 wins in a row. I have attacked people same lvl with almost the same mafia who have 600 less defense than my attack and it is a loss.
Today I battled some one with 1200 defense and it was a loss of course this happens when I am 2 away from 25 wins.
The question is what kind of crack head logic is in the pvp system?
Maybe crack itself? It would be a good way to smuggle drugs in CC.
Honestly though its questionable at times. The random chance and skill point multiplier might also be at play there.
