Found my first hacker today. All innocence is lost:
246 Fortification Breachers ($600k each, only has lvl 2 Elite Training)
269 Modern Assault Tanks ($4.5 mil each, only has lvl 2 Robotics Factory)
12 Shadow Fighters (3,200 valor each, only has lvl 3 Advance Air)
382 Stealth Bombers
103 Tactical Strike Subs ($15 mil each, only has lvl 3 Dry Docks)
I could go on...
