yes but all PVP loot items had to come from some where originally. Where in the game was it found? I can't seem to loot it..

Its PvP loot only. The person you are attacking doesnt have to have one. Thats not how it works.
Yep...its just like CC Duke. Trust me, if there was a place to get M72s and Skull Shotguns, I'd be finding it....

I have won about 5 total and have lost every one so far in later fights.
Seems that i lose PvP loot and valor items more often than other items :/
