I also have searched the forums and internet and there is nothing.

Anybody got a location for this?

Its a Melee Weapon called Dreadlock Garrote 20/9
(It looks like a steel garrote)

I want to know where it is and some times people don't want to post information in public, sorry if it offends you i didn't mean to. I'm sure the public would like to know where this is too.
I created a spread sheet of my weapons in Excel and found that my melee weapons are bad, i'm still using 3atk weapons. So i was just trying to find alternative things to loot and came across this on a rival's inventory. Was not sure if its possible to loot it, or if it was a one time thing from a goal.

I believe some items lootable, but the dropping rate is just too poor. I tried some different places, to tell the truth, take 2,3 days with normal energy refill rate to get 1 item, not worth.

I only got my first Dreadlock Garrote on the 3rd time I beat Voodoo Jenkins (Monument park)

I currently try the last area, in 6 places I loot only the boss return something (other with too low dropping rate), a clever (melee) 12 -9 for 1.5 days energy, not worth. the famous ricci family rings (melee) also from that boss, but it may take a week for only 1.

anyone know what story the game based on ? I saw many bosses with Ricci family name, is that the story about Ricci family ?
