Saw a lvl 16 with a lvl 20 unit building

Could have been avail to lower levels at the beginning. They have been changing things around a lot in the past couple of days. I got a ground unit early on the the bumped it up a few levels. Anti aircraft truck for 50 valor.

actually it seems the new update has removed lvl requirements on unit buildings

I've seen a few questionable things. This guy attacked me earlier and his att and def were both over 1700, I didn't look at weapons but the field wasn't impressive. I looked in later and he was at 600 att and 800 def. he had buildings from level 20 but was only at level 14

I have all the unit buildings. Seems like Funzio made Unit level changes, but grandfathered existing ones. That would explain my great win-loss record. I can get ballistic missle subs (requires lvl 2 dry docks). Btw I am just lvl 17.
