Questions on upgrading to Goodfella Class

i'm currently agent class.
if i upgrade to goodfella, will i get additional 10% stamina refill?
or will it just improve the other 2 for 10% which an agent doesnt have?

They don't stack, meaning still 10% stamina refill.

They do stack every time u upgrade u get another 10%. Why the hell would people buy it an upgrade if it didn't increase 10% every time u purchase and upgrade lol.

You can only upgrade once. You get the other 10% bonus', but your previous single 10% determined by initial class doesn't stack.
