Can I create a new Hood?

I'd like to restart my Mafia and hood.
My level is 123 but very weak.(also mafia members are 500 full)
And my buildings are very poor...
please let me know how to restart my game

The only way to restart your hood is to transfer your current hood to other device.

1.Get another ipod/ipad or iphone
2.Download CC on your new device
3.Transfer your current game to the new device

once done, your new device will have your current hood.
your current device will have a new hood starting from lvl 1
