    After a quick scan I couldn't find an answer

    Simple question - is it possible to re-roll my character, start from scratch?

    If so, how?

    The only way to restart your hood is to transfer your current hood to other device.

    1.Get another ipod/ipad or iphone
    2.Download CC on your new device
    3.Transfer your current game to the new device

    once done, your new device will have your current hood.
    your current device will have a new hood starting from lvl 1
