Very slow turnover on rivals list

Anyone else noticed that the rivals list seems to have periods where the same ppl are constantly there. No matter how many times i refresh there is the same base of rivals that it cycles through. This can go on for about 1-2 hours before i get a new "base". I have maybe 2-3 "bases" of rivals that i then cycle through during a whole day. Can't remember it being like this before.

This makes it impossible to spend my stamina as the ppl i have on list for 1-2 hours will very quickly be depleted of buildings to rob as well as their max 10 attacks per hour.

Anyone else have this problem? Never been like this before. I'm lvl 100 currently btw.

This is because the higher level you get the fewer players there are!

You have to be active to get to level 100 by now as the game is not too old.
Many people started and gae up long ago, leaving dormant accounts in the 50s.

Oh - and I am level 97 so have same issue...
I have taken to respect faming just to use stamina !

Quit the game about 15 to 30 mins and you will be switched to new base.
I saw this problem 1 week ago but now it's over.

Today, I can't fight for 3 hours already. I refresh rival list continuously before go to enemy camp, but they are unable to attack, beat up status. Whole rival list is beat up!
Please check, it's waste of time to play like this. My level is 12x.

Yes I sometimes have the exact same ppl showing on my rivals list but it eventually changes.

For the first time ever I am running into people at level 93 too beat up to attack.

After 4 hours with beat up list, I get bonus with very low LV list and I loot 1 beret from 4 LV guy.

Wow, not sure if that is a glitch or by design.
