Goodfella from Tycoon.... Does it improve you to 20%

I am already a Tycoon and receive the 10% bonus. Can anyone confirm if this is increased to 20% if I were to upgrade to Goodfella.

No, it will still be 10% bonus for buildings.

It's not worth buying the other two if you have tycoon. Seems expensive for just 10% faster refills.

That depends on how often you rob / attack people.

For me it is worth a fortune!
