    Unable to create a trouble ticket using Help/Contact support on device

    iOS using WiFi, tried with 4g lte, iPhone 8plus: I click post message the page goes to blank no ticket created. How else can I contact Deca to enter a trouble ticket, thanks.

    PS influence points range is my complaint

    Sounds like you don't have an email client set up on your device, or for some reason, it's not asking which email account to send your email from. You may need to check your defaults.

    If you have a older recent email in your sent folder, piggyback off that one, leaving all of your account information intact (change the timestamp info), just removing your old complaint.

    If you don't, you can send an email to en-support@gree.net BUT you run the risk of a rejection reply that shows no account information, but its a start. Good luck.
