Rookie enlisting is not allowing you to complete. Have couple of accounts that go all the way to 5/6 ultimate then instead of finishing resets to 1/5. On 3rd try now.

I had no problems finishing the Rookie Ultimate on 6 different accounts; 2 androids and 1 ios.
Are you sure you weren't confusing the 2 Ultimate goals, maybe the 24hr goal Rookie with the multi day Mending Rite goal?
