Its dead!
Old players who have spent alot are now being screwed because new game operators cant fix lag issues.
Customer service is non existent.
Do not download this 7+yr old piece of rubbish.
Its been fobbed off to a secondary caretaker, DECA who have only made the game worse for all players.
