hi everyone, I didn't know there was another chance increase coming up, darn it.

I accidentally started creating armor today. Can I wait until the 15th to actually "take my finished armor" and get the extra possible +25%? Epic Chance Increase (+25%) 2018-08-15 ~ 14:00:00 or does it base it on the day I started it? ( today)

Let me know so I don't take it before the 15th
