We have received some reports of players missing items and gold during the past days and unfortunately it overlaps with the period of the Global Inventory Wipe. We have done extensive tests and gone through all player logs to verify the same and we are happy to share that it is not being caused by the Inventory wipe. Unfortunately, we still haven’t identified the definite root cause for the same but the issue can be broadly classified into the category of cached memory. We will continue our investigation on the same and in the meantime are setting up processes with our CS teams to be able to handle your requests better.
