Dear Knights,

As some of you might have noticed, the root cause for the login issue in the EU server has been identified and fixed. We’ve waited a bit longer to communicate it to make sure the platform was stable and do some additional testing on our side.

We’ve also been working on defining a compensation pack, with the help of our Knight & Dragons Game Sages, and the list of eligible players. Players who encountered the issue, over the course of the next days, will receive the following:
  • 2 Molten Edge shards
  • 600 Deca anniversary shards
  • 2 Eye Patch shards
  • 1 Flight Emblem shard
  • 1 Tier 2 Epic Fire Pet: Afrit
  • 3 Silver Coins
  • 20 Guild War energy (won’t be visible until a Guild War or Blitz Guild War is available)


Please let us know if you still encounter similar problems and feel free to contact our customer support in case you encountered this issue and didn’t receive the compensation package by Thursday, May the 16th. They will double check the situation and try to help you
