Dear Knights,

We are aware that some of you have been experiencing difficulties in getting into the game since Thursday evening (CET) and even though some changes applied yesterday, Monday the 26th, helped most of you getting back into your account, some other Knights are still in this situation and for this we apologise.

Solving this situation is currently our highest priority and we would like to assure you that we are taking it seriously and working hard to make sure you can all get back into your account and have a smooth experience with Knights & Dragons.
We are also finalising a compensation pack to apologise for the inconvenience that we would like to send your way as soon as these issues are fixed.
