When Gree introduced the powers it was balanced correctly (shocking they did it right) you can tell by looking at the powers stuck in the syn donations. Now there is always a star power shortage since Deca took over. I have to believe it's to create gold usage by buying them from the building in syn base

Star power number on hand is definitely lacking, when compared to the others.

My husband was constantly running out of smuggling too, no clue as to why. I always laughed. Maybe he donated it accidentally, beats me. We do have over 600k in the untouchable vault, smh. Now I make sure he does the first of all 3 ltqs when they show up. He's up to 70k.
