Today I wanted to find someone on my rivals list to do a test hit. Gave up after about 1/2 hour. Everyone on my list is at least 30 levels higher than me and 10 to 100 times stronger. Nobody raids me either even though I’m obviously a vulnerable target. All good I guess.
I suppose its a good thing they eliminated this aspect of the game through obsolescence. Excellent foresight Gree.

Keep refreshing the rivals list. Opponents with lower stats will eventually appear.
What happened by the way to the list? Some time ago I was getting rivals that are levels from -50 to +50. I'm 274 now, and I have to refresh some 10 times to get a few rivals under 300, otherwise it's 320-350.
All 350 is very common to see.
I have to refresh at least 4 times to getaround 300 level, I’m 277. Not a huge deal but it would be nice to see my range on first try instead of having to refresh all the time.

My lvl 147 gets 250-350's on rivals list and very few my lvl.
Not sure why Gree can’t runs smooth game compared to other companies.
That's because other companies learn what not to do from gree.
It seems they fixed the rivals list. Prior to today most of my rivals were at least 100 levels above me and 10+ times stronger. Now they are in similar level range and I’m the strong one.
No reason to rob but could if I wanted to. That is if I could log into game but I can’t because the entire game is pooched now.
PS: I thought Deca had a 10 year survival plan that incorporated flawless updates. I guess they shouldn’t have let Gree teach them everything they knew.

Nah it's still pooched. None of my accounts get same or near the same level rivals. Yes, even after hitting the refresh button dozens of times.
