    Angry Unwanted energy refill change

Recently energy refill was changed to filling full energy bar.

This changed was not wanted by all MW players.

Game settings must have option for single energy fill. E.g. full fill option is ON or OFF.

The community reps asked for the energy refill to fill the energy completely as the cost for 1,000 was a joke..

GreeDeca in their wisdom decided to do that but to increase the cost by to be 1,000*n

The reps complained.. you can see how that went

From what I've seen.. GreeDeca only deploy solutions that make $$$ or twist requests to be something that wasn't asked for..

It is exact sample that only bug fixes MUST be asked. Any improvements are wrongly interpreted and implemented.

Also need an option to fill your energy fully from the consumables

I’m confused. Just go to the store and buy a single energy pack for a now reduced 15 gold. Problem solved.

I think it’s the change in options and having to do another step compared to how it used to be? I never pay attention to energy refills.

Main issue is accidental refil. You paid for one energy pack in past but now you pay for several packs

    GREEDECA knows best.
It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled.

The SPENDING LAMP is ALWAYS lit in ALL GREE GAMES.
SPEND it, if you got any left.

Oh no doubt. The dreaded accidental energy refill due to the terrible lags. And now they cost you 80-100 in gold. Nothing worse. When I submitted a ticket to Gree, the response I got was “Sorry, but we can’t refund you gold, but thank you for reporting the lag”. Gee thanks! Awesome customer service there.

I think it’s safe to say Gree/Deca won’t get any better in terms of customer support of the functions of the game. Once in awhile we get a player rep who still tries to convince us otherwise, but I’m sure no one buys it. After this Christmas Weekend vacation, it’s hard to want to open up the game anymore.

Other games refill energy for 10 to 50 of its premium currency. No reason for MW to not do the same. I never understood why they don't want players to complete events. It makes them cheaper overall and gives more incentive for players to actually buy gold.

Why did Gree/Deca raise energy requirements on normal LTQ? Used to able to do the whole thing with 1 full 7600 energy bar, now it’s like 4000 more than that.

It depends on if it's a one day ltq or 3 day ltq
