Three card monty has better odds

I have stupidly tried to win the rare crate item that gives the energy regen bonus. I have tried over 120 cases with no luck.
Has anyone actually won this item, or is this simply a dodgy game of three card monty?!

I sent a ticket and got a reply to the effect of "tough luck it is a game of chance".

I wonder how long a game with loyal players who are left feeling cheated and defrauded can last tbh.

I should know better I know, but I did trust Gree/Deca. More fool me it seems.

We double checked the design of this crate and the probabilities for items are the following:

Common: 60%
Uncommon: 35%
Rare: 5%

In order to investigate the reason why you are currently seeing these percentages, could you please let me know what device you are currently using? Also, if you are using Android, could you please try clearing your application's cache and data and retry?

I don’t bother with crates for the reason that Gree/Deca could easily drop the open percentage down to basically 0 the unit or token that gives out final prize, and you would never know.
