Dear Knights,

We have received several complaints from some of you who have lost armors or/and can't access the PvP arena anymore. After investigation, it turns out that these two issues are linked to the act of switching accounts.

So once again, we recommend you to not switch around accounts, especially in quick succession, as this can cause issues. If you decide to do so regardless, you should change the armor of one of your knights to force the game to save your progress. If items are lost, we might not be able to recover them.

If you are having issues with the arena, please send a ticket to the customer support service mentioning that you have the PvP Arena Issue.
