Can't login to game??

Ok so I got an update that was 2mb (not AppStore update, but the ones that you get loading in). I just updated it (3:00pm est). At 7:00am, I was on my account no problem. Now, when I try to log in, the bar sits at about 9/10s of the way loaded and gets stuck. I tried reinstalling, and it let me login to a fresh account, but when I logged into mine through game center, the same thing happened.
