the eternal realm iltq yielded a bonus on the hasty wrapper of +2 energy back, no % sign after the number. it shows as a new entry on players stats list. however myself and others in my guild do not see where this is used in the calculation of either per minute energy regeneration or energy back from pve hits/kills.

Does any one else see this bonus functioning and how ?
it's also like the previous +25 epic boss attack from long ago. I still don't know what that does either.
