To the contrary, Deca knows, but they cannot issue everybody's rewards at once. I have not gotten an official update, but I think their last query should be done by now. *fingers crossed*
With the huge number of tickets that I'm sure they received, it'll take time to reply or close out all of them. Like I said, don't worry too much about the reply to your ticket.
If you still don't have your rewards, simply reply to your original ticket and let them know.
FYI: it's all Deca now... GREE is no longer involved with the game managment.
