Top 100-150 looking to add to family

Relaxed but hard working team looking for team members not passengers.
Of late been top 100 but not stressed if top 150. Last even was 38 but we went a bit crazy. That will only happen 1-2 times a year.
No set minimums but honestly, 30+k should be easily within reach.
Common courtesy is expected if going on holidays etc so we know of inactivity. We don’t remove players unless no communication over time or it’s clear you’re a sponge.
