What time of the month do they come out?

Been waiting last week for launch of new LTB and wondering how long till its eventually released??

Normally during the first week of the month. I kept looking for it, but gave up caring, since there are so many other ignored issues that need to be fixed.

When will the transition period be over? If this is Gree sorting it out then it could take months or years or possibly never happen!
