Please send in a ticket.
Here <click me> is a link to Customer Service (CS), aka "Player Support," online if you cannot log in to the game.

Type "Recover my old account" in the Subject Line, or something similar.

Be sure to include your account ID. Attach receipts for past gold purchases, if you had any, to verify the account is actually yours. Let them know what device you mainly use and any other info you can remember, like name & level. I'm not sure if CS will need your GooglePlay or GameCenter ID, but be sure to check your email for any CS replies in case they need more info from you.

It usually takes a couple of days to get an old account back. Good luck!
