Send in a ticket.. they can address it better for you. But just don't stress with the reply you get. If you get one. If you get a reply saying ticked closed. Then be happy and know that your problem been solved
The greatest and wisest people are not afraid of failure. But then there's gree. So I retract that statement.
You need to install it again .
It works for me now. I had to do the update and restart the app.
